Artwork Approvals takes a piece of work from brief to delivery. An artist uploads artwork, and every upload becomes the next version: v1, v2, v3. An art director signs each version off before the client sees it, unless your workspace or the brief turns that off. The account manager sends it to the client, who approves it or asks for changes through a link in an email. Once approved, it goes to a printer or manufacturer, whose proof the client can be asked to sign off too, and then to the client, or straight to the client as files, and the client confirms they received it.

Your clients and suppliers do not use Koldheim and do not need an account. Each one gets an emailed link that does one thing, for one version, for a limited time. What the client approved is recorded against the exact file they saw.
