Each plan version comes to the media directors before it goes to the client. Any one of you can decide, except the planner of that campaign.

Steps

  1. You get the message “Waiting for your decision: Media plan:” with the campaign code and version. Choose Media Bookings in the rail. The card, for example Media plan: KCG-SUM26 v2, is on On your desk and on the Plan stage of the Campaigns tab. Press the card’s header to open it.

  2. The card shows the flight dates, the gross against the budget, the net to media owners, the commission, and what changed. To read the Plan PDF, open the version from Plan versions on the Plan stage: that is exactly what the client will see.

  3. Type a Comment if you want one. It is recorded on the trail with your decision. If you reject, say what needs to change: the planner gets it.

What you will see

  • Approved: the planner is asked to send it to the client.
  • Rejected: the version’s Review is Changes (director), and the planner gets your comment. Their next submission is the next version.

Common problems

  • A plan you built does not reach you. Nobody signs off their own plan. If you are the only media director, the plan goes to your tenant admins instead, and the card tells them why. If you are also the only tenant admin, the campaign stops with the status failed; give the role to someone else, then press Retry.
  • An overdue message. A sign-off is overdue after 24 hours undecided, unless your organisation changed this.
